To get to Solan Retreat – Jain House, follow these directions:
– Head to Purana D.C Chowk on Mall Road
– Turn right onto Rajgarh Road
– Look for Reliance Trend Showroom/ AXIS BANK ATM on the left side of the road
– Take the road uphill called Circular Road
– Just before Ram Darbar Gurdwara, take a sharp left onto Jawahar Park Road
– After two bends, keep going until you reach Gate 1 of Jawahar Park
– The villa with the red roof will be on the left side of the road. It’s called JAIN HOUSE and is written on the gate.

Enjoy long leisurely walks at Jawahar Park, which is famous for bird watching.
The house is at the center of the town, right on the Mall Road in Solan. It gives you a quick, easy to the Market for all your requirements. The GPS coordinates of where my property is located is 30 degrees 54′ 33.1′ NORTH AND 77degrees 06’06.1 EAST
The picturesque Solan Railway Station is right out of a storybook with its quaint single-track railway line for the toy train. It’s a favorite with our guests who love to take a ride on this mini toy train.
The Solan bus stand, local restaurants, shopping malls, etc are all a hop, skip and jump from the house, barely 50 – 100 meters away.
Getting around
Our property is Known for the fantastic location it enjoys, and the spectacular view it offers to the guests, public transportation is nearby only, autos and taxis are available on Mall road, but you have to descend a flight of stairs to reach it.
Paid parking is available close by a short distance from the house which is just 50 Mtrs from our house and can accommodate about 10-15 cars at a time, however, 2 cars can be parked just outside our house facing Jawahar park. Public buses are also available on Rajgarh road, about 200 Mtrs from our house.
