This is a beautiful stay with stunning views. The space and yard for families is truly amazing. We had a campfire in the evening and such exceptional hospitality by Vishal and his team. The property is above the main road, we parked one car in a garage then had autorickshaws take us and luggage to the house which Vishal arranged beautifully. The other car was parked close to the house, the final assent to the house is fairly narrow but for regular mountain drivers it is no problem. The charm of this property, the layout just makes you feel comfortable and at home. The cleanliness and neatness of the rooms was truly impressive even in an older property. Vishal has done a lot of great updates to the place, wifi is fast, outlets and switches are new, bathrooms are very well done with modern fixtures. Now the food was one of the best parts, the flavors and care put into it was above and beyond. We had a shahi paneer, daal, chaval, and gobi for dinner and parathas for breakfast. I would highly recommend this property to large groups, families traveling to the Solan area. We will be returning, I already miss the clean air, beautiful views and care of Vishal, his family and team.

Great Getaway
Right at the Mall Road yet away from the hubbub of the lively city of Solan was the Jain House. This beautiful, victorian era Villa is nothing short of a spectacle. It’s grandeur was unmatched. We went there on a family trip and were greeted by the humble owner himself, Mr. Vishal Jain. The property is huge and well kept. Its garden was the highlight for us from where one could watch the sun set behind the mountains. Clouds invade the courtyard with continuous pitter-patter, if you choose the right season. Clean rooms, and property in general. All the amenities were available. If you are going with kids and/or elders and need to cook in the kitchen, it’s stocked with all the supplies. The caretaker is always available. Great restaurants nearby. You can choose to climb down the steps that lead to the Mall Road for a takeaway or a stroll or choose to order in. The six of us had a great time. A perfect, peaceful getaway in a magnificent villa!

Vishal, his wife and the caretakers at the property are definitely one of the nicest Airbnb hosts we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. The property is situated in a wonderful Location, you’re on top of the hill so the view from the backyard garden is breathtaking. at the same time, just take 30 steps to reach the Mall Road!
Gopal, the caretaker and cook stays at the property itself and helps in everything from parking, food, wake up calls, setting up BBQ! I’d love to revisit the place as soon as possible!

The location is just off the main street so in a way you’re connected to the city yet isolated because of the location of the place.
We were a group of 11 people with kids and has the whole main villa to ourselves. Trust me when I say this, pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the house. It’s got a beautiful character, very well maintained. Such majestic views from the garden. There’s peace and tranquility here.
Gopal will take care of all your basic needs. He’s your goto person. The owner is personally involved in the working of the place. He will go an extra mile if need be for your requirements. He makes it a point that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Definitely coming back again and definitely recommending to others.

A Perfect Family/Friends Place.
The jain house is right with in the market yet far away from the hustle bustle of the city.
Mr. Vishal Jain is a great host. He took care of every small thing which we might need at the place. The property is old and well maintained. it offers you a rustic charm of colonial time, royalty of a villa and every modern facility you require.
you just step down the stairs and you will be in the main market of Solan and while you are at the bungalow you can have a view of the city. This was a perfect stay for me.
Not to miss, Highlight and Hero of our stay :- Gopal Ji (Manager, caretaker,super cook) call him whatever you feel like is the person who will make your stay Fabulous from Good.
